The files you open in our Shipping Label Cropper and other PDF tools are processed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your PDFs and their contents are never transmitted to, received by, or stored on Ecom Insides servers. We have no access to your files at any point.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, time on page, approximate region, and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information through analytics.
